Today the Midgard serpent real name Jörmungandr but insist he be called J-Dog gave a press statement regarding the mysterious death of his wife. “I wasn’t there,” he stated emphatically. He went on to state that he has recently caught up with the tail of another serpent. “Dat Sucka is a big as me but I’m eat’n his ass!” and went on to state that he has been so busy eating this one of a kind giant serpents tail that he “Aint seen dat giant bitch since the Dark Age”

When asked to explain why she was found drowned in a sea of venom on advice of his lawyer he made no comment. He also did not comment on the rumor that while dusting for prints when the tide of venom receded a football pitch size scale was found at the crime scene

When the questions continued J-Dog grew upset and started yelling something about Thor then stormed off into the seas causing a tidal wave large enough to swamp several nearby villages completely off the map.

Afterwards J-Dogs lawyer released an apology about the wave and promised the serpent will pay to rebuild the lost villages and went on to state “My client is innocent and is being ruthlessly pursued by law enforcement because he is the son of Loki the evil Norse god and because of racial bias against giant serpents.” He went on to site the acquittal of the Kraken in Greeks VS Poseidon as proof of bias towards Sea Serpents. He added that this is "Nothing more then serpent profiling" 

The Midgard serpent has now sunk bellow the waves and has declined all interviews. Results of the Venom test and Scale Print identification will be released at the end of the week. When pressed, Tyre Norse god of Justice, stated that this case is ongoing and that we should expects arrest soon.
