Well this was a day delayed because I could not find the sound file to edit. Recorded so much it was getting hard to find everything so I sorted it all out.
In this episode we return to the Siggismund and Tryggvy Format.

July had been a good month for Lions Road. Lot's of new people downloading the POdcast lots of old listeners coming back. Growth has been amazing and I can't think that's going to be the norm but I have to admit that I love it.
Next week Sigismund and I (Tryggvy) will host and will host for the next two weeks. So for two weeks we are doing it old school. Sadly that may mean the episodes are a bit longer but I will try to correct some of this in post.

Itunes Hint. Click on podcasts on your left vertical library bar. Look along the bottom of the Itunes window and you will see a button called settings... click on that setting. Here you can set up your Itunes to go look for podcast on it's own. Click every day. Now once a day while you are on it will go look to see if Lions Road is ready.
